Hydrographic Institute has a new Technical Director
On October 7, 2022, in a ceremony presided over by the Director General of the Hydrographic Institute (IH), Rear Admiral Mário Simões Marques, Commander Delgado Vicente took over the post of Technical Director of the IH, Captain Bessa Pacheco, who served in the position for three years.
