Hydrographic Institute Participates in Marine Robotics Summer School

The 4th edition of the Marine Robotics Summer School ends this Friday, July 19.

The initiative arose within the scope of the MIT Portugal Program (MPP), in partnership with LSTS – Underwater Systems and Technology Laboratory at FEUP and the Marine Science Research Institute - OKEANOS at the University of the Azores.

The 4th edition of the Marine Robotics Summer School, which started on July 8, included the participation of an officer from the Maritime Instrumentation Center of the Hydrographic Institute, Aspirant Anabela Aguiar.

Over two weeks, students had the opportunity to acquire and deepen their knowledge, specializing in the fields of marine robotics and oceanography, including the operation and technology behind the Azor Drift Cam.
