Hydrographic Institute hosts international project meetings

From June 14th to 16th, 2023, the Hydrographic Institute will host the final meeting of the MyCOAST2 project and the annual meeting of IBIROOS.

The MyCOAST2 project, which started in January 2022, aims to establish an Atlantic Coastal Operational Observatory to enhance risk management systems associated with human activities. This project involves more than 12 partners from different nationalities.

The IBIROOS project aims to establish an operational Oceanography organization with countries bordering the Iberia-Biscay and Ireland regional maritime area, collaborating on the development and implementation of the ocean observation system for the IBIROOS area.
