IH receives a visit from the director of the Maritime Safety Office of NGA, the UE

On 15 March, the Hydrographic Institute received a visit from the director of the Maritime Safety Office of the NGA (National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency), CAPT Brian D. Cannon, of the United States Navy.
After the presentation of Greetings and the exhibition of the institutional video, a work meeting followed, and a passage through the areas of the technical direction and the meteorological and Naval Oceanographic Center.
This visit allowed the visitor to know the activities and research projects currently underway at national and international level, as well as the availability of GEOMETOC information, essential to the planning and conduct of naval operations and Maritime.
