Group of students from Castro Verde visits IH

A group of 16 students of the Professional Course of Surveying Technician of the Grouping of Schools of Castro Verde, in the district of Beja, visited yesterday, March 3, 2022, the facilities of the Hydrographic Institute in the Hydrographic Base of Azinheira, in Seixal.

This visit had as main objective to give to know to the students the work that the Hydrographic Brigade (BH) develops, as well as the techniques, technologies and means that are used in the missions of the BH.

There was also room for a visit to the Maritime Instrumentation Center, which plays a key role in supporting the activities of the BH.
