World Hydrography Day

Today, June 21, we celebrate World Hydrography Day, a day dedicated to promoting international cooperation and encouraging the development of new technologies and practices in the field of hydrography.

To mark this occasion, the Hydrographic Institute has organized a session of presentations to showcase the most significant work, campaigns, and missions carried out over the past year. These presentations particularly highlight those efforts that have contributed most to the theme chosen by the International Hydrographic Organization for this year's World Hydrography Day: Hydrographic Information - Enhancing safety, efficiency, and sustainability in marine activities.
