Roberto Ivens minesweeper ship: 100 years later
On July 26, 1917, the minesweeper ship Roberto Ivens sank, 9 miles to SSW of Bugio, when it hit a mine dropped by a German submarine.
To mark this ephemeris, we share here a video containing the images of the wreck of the ship.
These images are the result of the analysis of water column data acquired by multibeam sounder obtained during the vessel identification campaign carried out by the Hydrographic Institute in February 2016.
