Auditors of the Course of Promotion to General Officer 2017/2018 visit the Hydrographic Base

The Audit Officials of the Course of Promotion to General Officer 2017/2018 - of the Navy class - of Portuguese nationality visited this Thursday, the Hydrographic Base of the Hydrographic Institute, in Seixal.
The visit program began with a presentation on the theme "Management of the Hydrographic Institute - current perspective and future challenges", given by the Director General of IH, Rear Admiral António Coelho Cândido. The Auditors' group also went through the Maritime Instrumentation Center, the Laboratory of Calibration of the technical-scientific equipment, the vessel pavilion and the Hydrographic Brigades, providing a direct contact and the exchange of information about the activities and the means used that contribute for knowledge and research at sea.
